Do all of your products ship from within the USA?
Yes they do.
How fast do you typically ship in-stock items?
I always ship my open orders within 2 business days. This of course, excludes US holidays.
On the rare occasion I’m away from the office or on vacation, you will see a notification on all of my marketplaces noting I am away and when I will return.
Is everything I see on this site in stock?
Stock indicators in the DWL shop and on my marketplaces are generally accurate unless someone purchases the same item almost simultaneously. Other than those rare occasions, I do keep the vast majority of what you see here in stock and ready to ship.
Re-stock times usually run 2 to 3 weeks if something is temporarily sold out, so check back here, or visit your favorite DWL marketplace as often as possible to see if the item you are interested in is back in stock.

Where can I purchase your items online?
I maintain several online shops for your convenience. You can shop my items here on DungeonWorxLeather.com, on eBay, on Etsy and in our Facebook Shop.
How can I find the size or the adjustment range information for your items?
I list the size or the size range for every item in every marketplace from which I sell. Check the listing under “FIT” near the bottom of the description. If you are still not seeing the size info, contact me for assistance and I would be glad to help.
